Located in the centre of Chiang Mai Thailand. The perfect choice for budget guest house accommodation within walking distance of all amenities.

All the rooms are fan cooled or air-conditioned, with their own private bathroom. We aim to provide clean and safe accommodation for the budget traveller. Our guesthouse is fully registered according to the regulations set down by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Thai Government. We are also recommended in many of the popular guidebooks.

We are a small guest house (actually probably the smallest) located in the centre of town on one of the small streets running off the main Tapae Road. We have only 12 rooms and which are either A/C or fan and all have private bathrooms. Our place is a mixture of guest house, Thai house and garden. So if you fancy a change from the large concrete block guest houses just check us out.

Thai Cookery School

Thai cookery lessons every day at our Thai Cookery School. Learn how to make Green curry, Pad Thai and Papaya salad as well as many other popular Thai dishes.

Whitewater Rafting from Chiang Mai every day October - January. International standard rafting, grade 3-4 rapids

Fan rooms are budget rooms and don't come with extra linen and towels as many people backpacking bring their own. You can hire these extra @ 25Bt/person
= 1 top sheet and 1 towel
A/C rooms come with top sheets and towels
